I’m new to Airbnb as a host.

I have a trouble linking my bank account to airbnb to receive the payout. Though I have written the IBAN and the swift code still saying «  error: the payee has to be specified  » !!

While you are regisrating your bank information, i think,  it is better to use a computer

For the first guest, a host get paid after about 1 month. After that payout is every 24 hours. This link, which i gave you before, will give you more details :
