Help- Is my listing ok?

Guys and gals I need your help! First time on air bnb and really trying to give it a good go! 

Have listed house for holidays in April about 2 weeks ago and only had 2 bookings so far. We are in a very popular holiday destination. So I was wondering if you could read through my listing as see if it sounds / looks ok. Any constructive feedback muchly appreciated. Thank you!!

@Sarah2164  Your listing is beautiful! You've done a great job with the house and the listing. Sometimes it's hard to get going, especially until you have some reviews. One thing you can try is to offer a discount for the first few guests. It doesn't take much, just the words "discount" draws people to your listing. Once you have about 5 reviews things should pick up. Sorry I don't actually know how to add a promotion.  Good luck and happy hosting!

The description of the listing is great - it really provides guests with everything they need to know. One thing I've learned from reading through the posts of the wise people here in the Community Centre, is that (unfortunately) many guests don't read through the listing. Maybe adding descriptions/pertinent information in your photo captions would help entice people to book...

I did a search of Caba Beach, and your listing shows up on the 2nd page, which might be one part of the problem. Also, while I think your price looks entirely reasonable, it seems to suffer when compared to two other whole-home listings that sleep 12, priced at 357, and a condo with ocean view sleeping 10, priced at 348. I'm sure you've priced in accordance with your amenities, but as a "casual looker", I mightn't actually click on your listing so see how gorgeous it is, if I were just doing a straight price comparison. As Beth suggested, above, you may find dropping your price might give you a boost, when your listing is new.
