Help/Opinion with Cover Photo for Listing

Hello fellow hosts! I'm fairly new to Airbnb and was quite successful renting my place in last month but have been unable to secure any rentals for August. Was hoping for some suggestions with my listing and if the current cover photo that I have been using is the best one or if I should change it to one of my other photos? Your cover photo is too dark and past the 4th of July.  Show off the lovely apartment  with all your great amenities.  Photos are important especially in such a saturated area as yours.

Your place looks beautiful and your reviews are great! Keep up the good work.  

I personally think that a cover photo should be of the  property and space.  Something to give a potential guest an idea of what their  experience would be staying at your Abnb.  Something t spark their imagination. For  example an outdoor space, or entertainment area where they can envision  relaxation.
