Around the first of the month AirBnB switched to some thing for hurricane people to share their space for those who need it by doing something with suspending the accounts. Mine never got turned back on.
It started when I tried to log in. I couldn't. So I figured I'd change the password, it was about time I did anyway. But AirBnB never would send a email. I found out that they sent me something as well as other looking to book my house, but it don't get sent out to my yahoo address. So when I went back to work I used my other AOL and a different address. It didn't work either. So I called and paid Yahoo to find out what was wrong and they said I'm getting everything, EXCEPT AirBnB. All my Blocked and deleted filed were checked. So nothing is coming from AirBnB. I mean come on, different browsers with different email account not getting mail from one source?
I can't get into my account because the emails ARE NOT going out. They say they are but nobody receiving them. So they say. People are trying to book, but can't reach me.
My bank (s), Amazon, Yahoo, Lowes everyone has a back door, but evidently NOT AirBnB. I thought about just erasing everything at AirBnB and starting over, so I tried with a new email address. BUT AIRBNB LINK THEM ON MY COMPUTER. So I got on another computer and created one. It lasted 2 days until they were once again linked and I couldn't get in. If everything is erased then I lose 2 years worth rating. I decided it don't matter if I lose them because I can't get on anyways. So why can they just clear everything and let me start over?
A girl by the name of Judith, she works for AirBnB, I explained what happened She said it must be Yahoo. Yahoo say "no" it not even getting to Yahoo. After she said that she turned into a ghost just like the girl on the phone.
Please help... I can't get in to change my email because they're not sending it to me. To either address, an AOL and a Yahoo on different browsers and ones at work while the others at home.
Please help...
