Help with my listings

I just started hosting last week. I am renting out two bedrooms with a private bath in between them inside of my home. I currently have 3 listings. 1. Both bedrooms . 2. one bedroom 3 .one bedroom. I can't link all three calendars and I think listing two bedrooms as "Entire House" (in order to link 2 calendars) is confusing even though I have a disclaimer at the top. There are 4 beds total and 2 futons. I am wondering if it would be better to just have one listing and charge for extra people?

Here is how I planned to to initial description:

There are two bedrooms (Jack & Jill) with a bathroom in between the bedrooms. The guest room is a part of the main house and is upstairs. 2 air beds are available, for up to two additional guests for a total of 6.@ $105 Tight but doable. 1-2 guests $45. 3 guests $60. 4 guests $75 5 guests $90. Porta-crib is also available, no charge if you set up and take down. We have 2 Shih Tzus in the house and 4 strictly outside cats.

@Pam336   You might look at my listing as I have two bedrooms that I only allow a single party to book.  Unless you are willing and want to have multiple parties in your home you do not need multiple listings.  You do not need to list the price as under pricing you just include a line for extra guest fee.  Hope this helps.

How did you get your fee for 2 people using both rooms entered? In addition, wondering if I could somehow have a fee of only $10/guest/night for up to 2 guests sleeping on futons or air beds.

Go to your listing and select edit title and description.

Are you asking about your profile photo or a listing photo?  Edit photos for listing and go to your profile for adding a profile picture.
