Home hosting

Does anyone else experience the embarrassment of guests arriving at your home expecting to have rented the whole property.  A rather embarrassing surprise to them that I actually live here and will not be leaving during their stay. I am sure that air bnb could help by providing a seperate search engine for these types of bookings, separating them from searches for home hosting?

@Paul1620

It is the guest's fault, they should read the listing, it clearly says: private room in house.

(Otherwise it would say: entire house).

These options are in the filters of the search engine under "home type"

Please note: in your "three rooms" listing it says under guest  access:

"Home and gardens are available to guests".

Maybe make it more clear here it is a shared space, to avoid confusion.

Hope this helps,

Emiel
