Host Payout Currency To avoid currency fee

Hello

If we host in Canada, does it make a difference if our payout is in USD or CAD to our paypal account (we have a USD and a CAD paypal account)? I can't get a clear answer from airbnb. They say they payout in any currency you want and there is no currency conversion but that doesn't make sense to me. I understand there are fees for the guest but that we can't change. I am aware of the T&C of 3% on currency conversion fees but that is for the guest. I am asking about the host. Thanks for clarifying if understand it.
