It's been 3 weeks now since the host tab on the top right of the screen was replaced with "become a host" even though I have 12 properties online. The case manager who is based in a call centre in the Philippines has been unable to resolve this or even escalate the issue appropriately. I am now unable to see Calendars, Progress, Team etc.. and the only way to check messages is to click on the link from the email.
This is extremely frustrating and there is not sign that it will be resolved any time soon. All it would take is for an engineer to have a look at my account and troubleshoot it. Has this happened to anyone else? Many thanks for your comments in advance
