Host damage protection

Hello,

 

I had a recent dreadful guest.  AirBnb have paid part of my claim.  I have requested my claim be escalated for review but getting nowhere.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get my case escalated/reviewed.

 My only good solution is to call the customer service until you can to talk to someone that has the authority to help you
