Heads up to hosts. The help desk will stab you in the back if you're in a dispute with a complaining guest. My own experience is that Help will not read or understand the correspondence between you and the guest, not provide documentation of the complaint, and charge you money for the guest leaving early, even when the guest left without warning. This just happened to me. I've been a top-rated host for years and they took the word of a new guest over mine. So, don't expect anything approaching loyalty or impartiality from Help.
