Host requested security deposit after booking

Hello,

I've paid in full for an upcoming tirp in October. My host is new to Airbnb and requested a security deposit outside of Airbnb. When I let her know that wasn't allowed with Airbnb, she sent a request for the new security deposit. 

She can't add a security deposit after everything has been paid in full so how do I know that this will be returned? Do we have to completely void the reservation and start over? If we have to do that, will I be able to get my service fee back?
