Hello.
6 days after check out - I left feedback for host. Feedback was overall good, I only "complain" about secutiry cameras. I seen in description this info about video monitoring, but I didn't expect cameras inside the house, even in bedroom. So, I leave my honest review and I see hosts feedback for me - "(my name) and his group have left the impeccable house they have forgotten between throwing away the garbage but this little detail we will not take into account for being so clean and very careful. You are invited for when you want to come. 100% recommendable!!!."
and some hours after my feedback host requesting money - "You forgot to pay eco tax, cleaning fee and you also forgot to throw your garbage bag away. So please pay 104 euros."
Ok, we forgot to throw rubbish bag, my fault. But this is OK to request money after I left feedback?
@Elina51 thanks for the update... let us know how it goes. If Airbnb sides with this host I think we will all be flabbergasted.

Best regards,
I don't think Airbnb understands me. Seems, that airbnb stand on hosts side. Also no reply about security cameras.
I don't think Airbnb Support understand this situation. And completely ignored information about cameras. Seems airbnb stands on host side.
I tried to post message from airbnb, but it vanished.

@Elina51 The host has the rules stating those charges in the listing explicitly. It seems that they have those charge predefined prior to your booking. It may not be just because of your feedback.
The security camera is common space is allowed as long as it is disclosed in the host's listing. I saw that is disclosed. But it is not mentioned where they are located. If you could provide an evidence that it is in the bedroom, it is a serious violation.
In his feedback about me, he states - I dont take this to your account, because you left the house very clean.
But after my feedback, he demands this 35€ about rubbish bag and additional cleaning and ecotax fee 69€
I think, If I had left a good feedback for the stay, without mentioning cameras, he would not had requested the additional payment. On the checkout day he sends me whatsapp message, that everything is ok - no info, that i need to pay taxes, cleaning fees and fee about rubbish bag.
He remembered it after 6 days, exactly the same days, when he receives my feedback?
Sounds funny.
How can I find this case on app? I can’t find...
I will pay to this host, it’s not worth my nerves, but this has been the last time, when I have use airBnb. To pay extra fees after my stay it’s not what I expected.
And seems, that on airbnb is not possible to leave honest review about my experience.
@Elina51 it sounds like the host did disclose the fees in the listing rules after all, so you were informed before booking and he was allowed to ask you for them. Maybe he would have forgone collection, but decided not to after reading your review. He's within his rights to do that, those it's a bit slimy. You still can flag/report the listing for the cameras, which are a separate issue.
Okay, he forgot to collect cleaning fee and ecotax, but in his feedback about me, he states, that he do not take this 35€ about garbages in my account, because we left house very clean. So after I have left my feedback, he decides to ask me for rubbish anyway. I have see how honest he is. If you leave good feedback - no need to pay for rubbish bag 😄
Hello.
My case is closed and resolved. Host are deleted from site and airbnb refunded alljl money for this stay. I phoned and sent emails, also uploaded short video with movement detector+camera.
I’m surprised that everything ended in my favor.
