Host stopped responding

Host stopped responding

Hi! We confirm our stay with our host, but once arrived our host stopped responding. We cant get in because they need to give us a code or unlock it for us. So far it has been over 4 hours now, we dont really know what to do now. The travel was about 5 hours and they confirm that we can rent the place and will meet us once arrived at the place. Once landed at airport they stopped responding. We left two voice mails and tried calling several times. What do we do now?

Phone Airbnb, @Hannah513 ! They will tell you next steps, and hopefully either reach the host or get you rehoused. If you cannot find the number through your reservation, google the number for Airbnb for the country you are in.
