I host two props in Gloucester mass, usa. I spent 90 mins on the phone in Spain, where I’m on vacation now, trying to get my password reset as I am not receiving emails from Airbnb but no issues with other senders. They refused to help me because I did not have a reservation code from the site which I can’t access..I answered at least 12 security questions correctly! I have no way of responding to renters or inquiries. I plan to cancel my listings for good if they will not help me. Any thoughts?
