Hello,
I was looking for a place and thought of a room available. I tried to book the room but after entering by credit card details it was directly rejected. On the app it was clearly red and rejected.
Later how surprised I was to see it was finally accepted !
I decided to go, even feeling it was wrong to do so.. this is for me.
But when I called AirBnb to ask for a sort of compensation for this wrong treatment (imagine now how anxious i will be when rejected for a reservation, that seems to be an open letter to airbnb "take my money if you can, change what i want without my permission"..) they just denied all, said i have no proof.
How I could feel even worst about this?
Any solutions? Look like AirBnb is just forcing reservations.
