Hosting and 1099 Payout to Client

Good morning.  Question...is anyone familiar?

I have a client who was unable to list his own property so I listed it under myself and performed all the hosting duties and cleaning as well.  I need to 1099 client for his earnings.  First, should I deduct all the AirBnB fees, county taxes, my cleaning fees and hosting fees BEFORE determining his Net income for box 1 on 1099 or do I have to split income and show it in multiple boxes showing the entire Gross Payout from AirBnB for his property?

@Heidi7 You'll have to check with an accountant, but when I issue 1099s they list the gross, with a report attached for the client showing all the deductions.

Thank you Ann!  That is a great help. I did speak with my tax accountant yesterday and this is exactly what he said as well. ❤️

@Heidi7 that's awesome!
