I think the most attractive aspect of a listing, before people book, is the pictures. A wide-angle lens helps to make the rooms look bigger and capture all the wall edges. Remove any distracting items from the frame of the picture (i.e. children's drawings on the fridge). You can put them back after the photo shoot if you want. You have good pictures of activities around the area but look for better quality ones if you can. It can really pay off to get some unique, eye-grabbing photos for a few hundred dollars. Heck, you'll make that up in the next rental! I have also noticed an increase in listing views using facebook targeted ads on Instagram.
