Hosting for another airbnb host

I have been asked to provide hosting services for another airbnb host - to help with changing linen, meeting clients, exchanging keys etc. How much should I charge for this servivve - does £20 per hour sound OK or should I seek to get a percentage. Any ideas - thank you

I pay my co-host a fixed rate for these services equal to the price of a one night stay in an apartment. It would also depend on the size of the property, how many beds, the distance you have to travel.

An hourly rate is a bit difficult as you would not really know how long you need until you have done it a couple of times.
