Hot Tub liability waiver

Hello 

In a few weeks time I will have an apartment to rent out on Air Bnb. I am going to put a brand new hot tub/ jacuzzi in the garden for the exclusive use of the guests. 

I live in Cyprus and I was wondering if anyone has any template waiver forms for me to look at? 

It is my understanding that if an injury did occur that the liability insurance from Air Bnb would cover any potential liability law suit up to 1 million dollars? I still thought that an agreed on waiver form would be helpful? 

If there is anyone with knowledge about this ( whether I need a waiver form or if they are legally useful in a law suit ) please will you let me know?

Hi also does anyone put up signs like they have in spas? ie no bottles, no pregnant women and if you have a condition get advice from your doctor before using etc?

I don't know about the laws in Cyprus but in Australia such a waiver would be useless. Here laws are superstrict since a death many years ago in a poorly maintained pool. But after the new laws (which include a mechanical chemical dispenser) came into effect, 4 people in a hot tub got severe chemical burns from the mechanics malfunctioning. But waivers mean nothing. Ask local authorities what you need to do to allow guests to use the hot tub.
