Nope... but the wording around it makes it sounds like it's going have one some day! Fingers crossed that it doesn't ever!

The Smart pricing helps you to  adjust your price based on the  traffic of visitors.If its weekend, Holiday or special event going on, the pricing goes up authomatically and returns when there are no activities.

@Trent-and-Kijana0 The use of smart pricing is just included with your listing - there is no extra fee whether you choose to use it, or not. 

As to @Zeyad0 - yes sir - it's a great site to utilize from a host's standpoint.  My wife and I made it halfway to a six-figure salary on Airbnb income alone.  I used to drive a Mazda, but now I drive a Maserati.  Not bragging, just trying to convey how successful this can make you if you commit and make the right decisions on the platform.  I'll never really be able to make this my SOLE income, but it's made our lives very very comfortable!
