How can I attract more bookings..?

Hi everyone,

Can anyone please give me some tips to get more bookings?

- We seem to have lot's of options for accommodation in our area.

- Pricing?

Please help as I think we have a great product, (top location, spacious, very private, well-equipped & super clean). Any tips would be great,

Lower your price that seems to work, but I would not advocate it.

@Sarah-and-Nick0  Your property looks wonderful, the listing descriptions are good and the price isn't high.  A small suggestion would be to tick 'Internet' in Amenities.  I know you have ticked 'Wi-Fi' but some people might just filter for Internet when searching.

@Sarah-and-Nick0 Try putting the closeness of Auckland in your first couple of lines to try and grab those just off the plane ;)and  you definitely have to put in Hobbiton and maybe even a photo ..all my guests seem to want to go there. Good luck!
