Scam alert! How can I make sure a listing is real?

This will be my first time using Airbnb so I'm a bit weary about listings being fake.

What can I do to make sure a listing is real and not a scam?

What should I be looking out for?

@Holly513 that's a link to your reservation, not to an Airbnb property. No one else can see the details. Go to the actual listing you booked and copy the URL.

@Holly513 looks ok to me. Airbnb hold the money until after you check in so you should be alright but it is always a risk booking with a new host who has zero reviews. I suggest you message the host and see if any of their answers are dodgy.
