How did someone find my number without ever booking?

I had a call last night from someone looking for a place. He says he found my number through google and then proceeded to ask about paying directly and later stating, in a call today, that I told him we provide all meals. We're perhaps unique in that our listing is also in Korean (he was speaking Korean) and that we also have a cooking class experience which seems to be listed on some front pages for our area (maybe why he thought we offer meals?). We didn't book him, of course, as the conversation seemed highly suspect. Just wondering how he would find our number if he's never booked and even claimed he never heard of AirBnB before (which I doubt). Are AirBnB contacts not as secure as we'd like to believe?
