I had a very unpleasant experience in a house in Marathon, Florida Keys and it was so bad that I left and had to find alternative accommodation. I tried to recoup some money through the Resolution Centre but got absolutely nowhere and in fact the Airbnb reps just tried to fob me off in a clear attempt to get me to just be quiet and go away. Now I can see that another traveller had exactly the same issues as me and is also trying to get a refund through the Resolution Centre. Is there any way for me to contact this traveller so that we can join forces and make a stronger claim for a refund? The host has been very discourteous and has outright refused any refund for us both. Any help very gratefully received to restore my faith in Airbnb, as at the moment it is at the point where I will never use Airbnb again.
