How do I decline a trip invitation as a guest?

I have received a trip invitation that is either a mistake or spam. I don't know the people involved. I have an email with the subject, "John, accept [user]’s trip invitation to Philadelphia, PA" in my email, but i've never clicked the "Accept" link inside it. Yet the trip is showing up in my trips inside AirBnb and I'm getting annoying notifications about this trip to Philadelphia that I'm not taking. I want to remove it from my trips, but there does not seem to be a way to do so. Any ideas?

Yikes, @John2285, you'll want to phone Airbnb about that. Sounds like something (your email maybe? your account?) has been breached. Don't just leave it.

@John2285 Yes, get in touch with Airbnb immediately- someone may have hacked your account. Did you check to see if this trip has been charged to your credit card? If so, notify your CC company ASAP to stop payment.
