How do I improve my overall rating when my r eviews have been consistently excellent?

As a super host, I’m being promoted to improve my overall rating. How is this accomplished when I’ve consistently received 5 star reviews and 100% in every category?

@Becky165  It's a system-wide technical glitch affecting accounts worldwide. Pay no attention to the warnings, sit tight, hopefully they'll get it remedied ASAP.
