How do I list a whole apartment but alternatively also rooms independantly?

1. It is a 2-bedroom stand-alone apartment
2. I would like to rent it out whole or single bedrooms available.
3. How do I list this, especially how does the costing work?

Hello @Richard460,

You'll have to add a separate listing for each space. If you have two separately rentable rooms and also wish to rent the entire apartment then you'll have three listings. One for the entire apartment, listed as "Entire home/apt" and priced accordingly.

Then one listing each for each of the rooms. These will be "Private room" listings, priced for a single room.

You have to make sure that if you get a reservation for the whole apartment that the calendars for the room listings are blocked for those dates. Also a booking for one of the rooms should mean that the whole apartment listing is unavailable for those dates. Otherwise you'll have double bookings.
