How do I put in requirements for set dates on listing

For example I am not wanting young groups of people over the R n V time here in Gisborne? Is this ok to stipulate families only?

@Daren14  Unfortunately you can't set this requirement.Airbnb TOS forbids discrimination based on age.

The only thing you can do is to make your listing description unattractive to young people. Emphasize things like "quiet neighborhood, they have to come home unitl 8PM because you get up early in the morning, you have a baby at home, casually mention you are a police officer, you have security camera... be creative 🙂

Or just block one of those dates on your calendar or turn off instant booking.
