How do I turn off 10% non refundable discount

I can’t seem to find how to turn off the 10% non-refundable discount option. It’s not in my Booking settings (not even listed in my cancellation options) and I can’t find it in my Calendar settings. I already tried the suggestions in previous posts. Please help and thank you!

I cant find it either, it's like we are being forced into it.

I did a bit more research and found this.  There is no button to how to turn it off but what I did was I changed my policy to strict, saved and then put it back to moderate, it has disappeared now, and hopefully will not come back.
