How do I turn off instant booking after a certain date and change it to "Reservation request"

Hi,

 

I want to turn off Instant booking at a certain date in the future, but I want my calender to be open to reservation requests. Can this be done?

@Danielle764 of course it will be open, people can still book but they will need to send a request in order to do it.
