How do I view the traffic on my listing?

How do I view the traffic on my listing?

I can't see how many people have viewed my listing AND there's no way to get help from an AirBnB person...VERY FRUSTRATED! 😞  Can someone tell me how to view my traffic OR if you know the top-secret number where real people actually answer questions?   Thanks, LJ

@Derek-and-Laura0  Calm down...breathe....Welcome to hosting but you won't last if you get so excited 😄  When you get views and people are interested, they will save your listing to their wish list.  Right now I don't see any have done that, but if you look at your home page, on the right side you will see "X number of guests have saved this listing".  That is one indicator.  Also, go to your listing and on the task bar, you will see "stats".  Once you have activity, you will see it there.

Now, here's a problem that I see.  Your only open dates for the next several months is the beginning of August.  Unless those dates are the target of search, you listing will not be shown.  Are your open dates related to any special event in your area?  Can you open more dates in June and July?

As to contacting Air BNB customer service, here is a guide about the different ways to do that.  I favor Twitter unless it is an emergency.

Good luck and enjoy your new business!

thanks Linda! 😉

Hey Linda,

I'd like to see if anyone has saved my listing at all, not sure where I'd see it on the homepage. Is it the home page that shows the search bar, other homes and experienes? Or is it elsewhere?

There are a couple of places to get an idea about how your listing is being seen, @Mimi39.  Go to your Dashboard (under Host on your task bar) and you will see a 30 day number of viewings.  More importantly, on your listing page under the red Book bar, you will see how many people saved your listing.  I see that 18 have done so.  That means the traveler is interested and may book in the future.  I had to look at my home page as a traveler, not as the host.

Oooh I see it now, thanks Linda!
