Hi @Richard230 I'm not sure exactly what you mean - have you set up your pay-out preferences? Go to Your Account --> Payout preferences; and see if the status is shown as "Ready". If you've run into an issue adding your payout preference, best to contact Airbnb to get that sorted. All ways to contact Airbnb are HERE . I think Twitter gets the fastest response these days.
