How do i remove myself as admin from a listing - so the listing remains online (hosted by others).

I am admin for a listing but am since separated.  My ex wants to retain the listing (he is a co-host) on his account.  How do i remove myself as admin but leave the listing intact, and him as new admin host?

it is not possible to "swap" from co-host to host.

Your ex need to create the listing on his account, so he will be the host.
