How do you open a Support Ticket??

We have talked to three different Supperhost Support personnel (Ty, Autumn and Lee) regarding a sharp dropoff of booking inquiries and reqests since we declined Airbnb's offer of joining Airbnb Plus. We keep being told that the original support person, Ty, is either investigating or has forwarded it to a tech team to investigate (it's not clear and I don't think anyone knows). We were promised by all three support personnel that we would receive a follow up email with the ticket number, but after the first two did not send an email, we asked the third person for the ticket number, which we wrote down. We still have not received an email, so we decided to search the Airbnb website for our ticket number to see what is going on. Well, no surprise, we can't figure out how to find it. There don't seem to be any links to access ticket number. Is it a secret or can anyone help us?

@Doug-And-Diane0  What is the connection between your declining Air BNB Plus and the decline in inquiries?  When I do a search, your entire house listing comes up when I adjust the map and narrow the criteria to fit your listing.  It comes up as the third listing.

 

I do notice that your place has been rented through out the summer, so I would imagine that your place is attractive to guests that would be relatively close.  I also noticed that your May calendar availability excludes any weekend availability.  I would think that would be a problem from guests seeking a weekend get away.  Is that your intention?

 

If there is some system glitch you are seeking to address, it does not seem apparent to me.  I know there were some periods earlier this year in which hosts were not getting updates about inquiries and that was a system issue for everyone.  Hope this works out for you and keep us posted.  Thanks

We do not know for certain that there is a connection between declining Airbnb Plus and the dropoff of inquiries and bookings but it happened at the same time, so that's why we were wondering. Ty mentioned a possible bug. We think Airbnb fixed whatever was going on because after we made the third call yesterday, we got a booking request. The reason that some weekends and other dates are blocked is because we are listed on Vrbo, which has been provided nearly all of our current bookings. We still do not know how to open a support ticket, which would hopefully anwer the question. Thanks for the reply.
