Hi, @Lynn76. Just volunteer hosts here in the community forum, so you have to give it a bit of time. To read how the payments work, go to airbnb.ca/help and type "pay" or "payments" in the search bar. You will find everything you need there. Really good idea to spend some time in the Help Centre getting to know how things work, and then some time here in the forum before you start taking guests.

You can snooze your listing (that's something to look up) while you do it so you start well-armed with knowledge.

You won't find an "airbnb person from the company" to walk you through everything, but the Help Centre is extensive, and there are loads of posts here.

If you do find a problem crops up that is not addressed anywhere here in writing, there are numbers to call. You can find those by googling Airbnb Contact Canada. Save that for the big stuff 🙂
