How does a guest receive the check-in information?
We state in our House Manual that there is a different number for day-time check ins (before 5pm) and one for evening check-ins. Often guests get it wrong, but some do get it right. I'm trying to understand how AirBNB provides my guests with the check-in information - whom to contact on arrival. Do they send a link to the House Manual in the confirmation email?
@Nikki102 - they get a copy of their itinerary if they have email notifications on to receive their itinerary. Otherwise their details are stored in "Your Trips". You might consider creating a "saved message" to send the guest the correct phone number when you know when they are checking in.
