How does one apply for the Plus program?

How does one apply for the Plus program? Is it offered in my city of Burlingame?

I have searched high and low for the "request invitation" but it is nowhere to be found in the link you have provided. I undoubtedly have an eligible plus listing according to the requirements but do now know how to get an invitation for the program.

Hi,

I would like to "request an invitation".  I have been consistently scored 4.9 + as a 'super host' for nearly a year now, and feel strongly that I could qualify for the Airbnb Plus program soon. Could you let me know please who to contact/speak with to set in motion?

hi does any one know were the form is to register for the plus badge on my listing struggling with help on site not getting a link to the form
