How much do you charge for managing others listings?

I have been a host for about 6 months now and have recently been asked to manage other people's listings. I know there are short term/vacation rental services but as an individual I am not sure what to charge. Does anyone have experience with this? If so, what do you charge? Are you listed as a co-host on the listing?
