You need to explore your local market, compare prices with similar properties considering what you offer, location, number of people, the condition of the rental, whether if it is a business or a side job, will you rent rooms individually or only the whole property... Maybe if some local host from that area sees this they could provide some info but it is unlikely. You need to go in person and on location to see and compare everything and then decide on a price. When you start a listing Airbnb gives an approximate sum you could potentially earn for a month for that area so you could use that for guidance I guess.
