Hi!
Actually I was trying to message for another reason. I have a condo in Grover and I am considering to do Airbnb. I’m very new to this so I was told to connect with a host and see if my place could be an option?
I’m planning to renovate and furnish the unit in a couple months.
Let me know if we could connect or if u can direct me to who I should speak to about this, that would be great.
Appreciate your time.
Thank you,
Lory

@Lory-A-0 Welcome
Please know that you really don’t need to “physically” connect with anyone to start hosting your property on airbnb. Just read everything you can. This site provides a plethora of information to get you started and keep you informed. Then once you’re sure this is the route you want to take, come to the CC and ask questions for clarification. I just started hosting end of March and that’s what I did.
Also, before you get started, make sure your condo association allows STRs; and if they do, know the rules and requirements as they relate to both the owner and guest.
@Lory-A-0 you may have more success if you can find a local Facebook Airbnb group. First thing to check is if your zoning allows short term rentals.
