How to Get Full Refund?

Hi everyone,

My reservation lately got immediately cancelled by the host as they said they didn't know the reservation was open and had to cancel my reservation.

Even though the host refunded me the reservation fee, I am still unable to get the service fee back which was charged by Airbnb. Should I ask the host to pay me back in full fee or I should contact other parties to get the full refund?

@Ryan2678 I suspect the host didn't cancel the reservation properly so that they didn't get fined by Airbnb. Absolutely ask the host for the service fee or claim it from Airbnb explaining the situation.
