How to apply for Airbnb LUXE or Beyond by Airbnb

Any idea how to apply to get listed on these sites?
I already have a villa that is categorized as a 5 star.
I couldn't find anything online, such as conditions I need to meet before applying or evaluation process, etc.

Hello I am also tryin to find the link where to apply for Airbnb luxe and I don’t seem to find it, can someone please help me.

@Alejandro1122 There is no longer an application form. Airbnb now invites you if you meet the requirements and your property is in a Luxe region.
