I have two credit cards registered on AirBnB. One has expired and the other one is still active.
While booking I accidently selected the expired credit card for my reservation, but only realised after the fact.
How do I now rectify my mistake?
I contacted my host asking if I can cancel and rebook in order to change my payment method but since his cancelation settings are 'strict' he warned that I do not do that for i will be charged.
Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
@Devi10 As your previous credit card expired, rather than being lost or stolen, your credit card company may just move the charge to the new card, many do. Phone them and ask.
