Hello - I have had an issue that has lasted 6 days and counting. All my listings became suddenly unlisted. Every customer service rep I speak with can only help to a limit. They will then escalate this to a supervisor, who also has only limited abilities. I have worked with many many supervisors. Each has said they are on top of it and will help to the end. After a day they are gone and I have to start all over again. I have been doing this for 6 days. The supervisors all say the department that can fix this is not available by phone, only email. They all say they have emailed them but it’s been 6 days and numerous emails, and no reply from that department yet. Does anyone have contact for a high level airbnb support? Personally I need the API team or External Management Team, or really anyone besides the normal customer service number.
