How to contact airbnb directly -- by phone or email
I have had a problem wiht a few bookings where we have received a new reservation on instant book on the same day of arrival, even thought our terms are more than 24 hours. I am unable to contact Airbnb to find out how this is happening and to stop this happening in future.
I've experienced something similar—Instant Book guests are suddenly able to circumvent the nightly minimum requirement. I called the Airbnb superhost line (in the US, it's: 18883265753) and they told me they have no way to enforce minimum requirements. That's obviously incorrect, as the function worked a couple of weeks ago. I eventually just changed the nightly requirement, then changed it back and saved it and that seemed to resolve the issue.
