How to get bookings on Airbnb?

Hello!
I have two apartments for rent in Croatia. One is in Rijeka and other in Kraljevica. For both I started the same and  I don't understand why I dont have any inquiries or reservations in Kraljevica (https://hr.airbnb.com/rooms/32785477?s=51) , while in Rijeka I'm working great (https://hr.airbnb.com/rooms/32149179?s=51). I really need help with improveing visibility and get more guests.
I managed all and have channel manager, so there is always  updated calenders.

Please help!

@Antonija9 First of all, your apartment looks amazing. But does Kraljevica have as many tourists as Rijeka? I see many apartments there but I don't know if the demand is that big, correct me if I am wrong 🙂

Hey Ana!

You would be surprised if I tell you that I have booked Kraljevica until September. But not fully booked and neither one request, inquiry or question on Airbnb.

As you can see both listings are in the search system:

You can also promote your listings outside Airbnb (social media etc..) by using the link to homepage:

Thank you for your comment! First apartment link I have on Instagram and Facebook page and doesn’t work on Airbnb, and the other one with (not that nice) sauna cover photo is getting booked every week.

When I look how it appears on searches, Kraljevica shows 1 a day, and Rijeka 38 a day. How can I boost appearing in searches?
