I have sold my Airbnb property and the new owner want to starts their own Airbnb account and listing for the property. I currently have it unlisted but I think the new owner may not be able to start a new account with the same address even if mine is unlisted. Must I deactivate it or can I keep it unlisted? Does anyone know? I am starting an Airbnb at another new property and I want to keep my past reviews and superhost status. Thanks.

You need to permanently deactivate the listing:
https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/476/how-do-i-snooze-unlist-or-deactivate-my-listing
It says: "Past reviews of your listing will remain on your public profile"
The new owner can create a new listing for that property under his account.
