How to set up different minimum days on summer and different on winter

We are in protaras and its a summer hosting place . i like to have a different minimum days on summer and different on winter  and also because  i have same days i want to fill up and it  want let the user book these 3 to 5 days left

How do i do that ?

Check, @Antonis10, whether Trip length in the tab Availability is what you need.

If you have the same dashboard as me, click "manage listing"---click "availability"---at Trip Length click "Edit"---at the bottom click "Add another requirement"
