How to unblock dates that are already booked

Hello

i have a student who has booked for a few weeks. She’ll be staying Sunday to Thursday but when it was booked it blocked out Friday and Saturday night too. How can I change these two nights to being available? 
thAnks for any help!

Go to "Availability" and check "Reservation preferences" is set to none.
