I Want to contact former guest

I would like to contact a former guest and offer free weekend. How can I do this please?

hi 🙂 go to host/your reservations and you will se all upcoming reservations. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the link "see all reservations history" and click on it to see it. Then find your guest . You will see the link "message guest" and you can click on it... or click on "message history" and when it opens you will see his phone number under his picture.

it is easier on pc then on mobile
